My rear drivers side indicator is on the blink so to speak. It flashes but is very dim and sets of the rear tail light with it. On the dash the fog light sign also flashes.
Now I'm pretty sure this is a bad earth but can anyone tell me where the earths are? Its a 1996 110 defender 300tdi if thats any help.

Just had the very same thing on a 90. It was the earth behind the light if you take of the little panel behind the rear lights inside the back there is a bolt though the tub. It was that one on the 90.

The earth from the lights go to the rear cross member, didn't find one attached to the tub.
But the problem turned out to be from the old wiring from the rear door which has been removed
