I've off roaded a D3 and i thought it was fantastic.

Post by: gtomo2 on January 01, 2007, 16:28:57: running a v8 d1 at the moment had a few teething problems but now she is running great plus i dont mind the odd scrath or two on the old un but dont think i would be to happy scrathing a newer one. Plus its nice and basic no nasty electrics to go wrong :oops:

Post by: bullfrog on January 01, 2007, 17:54:04: I am just aout to get a 300 Tdi disco and will prob be getting a 2nd one in a few months so I voted disco 1. I like the disco 2s but the early probs with some TD5s has made me vary.
I am not a fan of to many electrics . :?

Is that the best off road or the one you prefer the look of or best to work on or best toys?

Best toys = disco 3
best looks = disco 1/2
best off road = all have thier advantages and disadvantages.
best to work on would be disco 1. less computers to go wrong.

My dream car is a late disco 2 td5 but my disco 1 300tdi is ace for what I want it to do.
