Am I missing something here?

It looks to me like he is proposing to ABOLISH the increase in TAX.

That sounds like a good thing to me.
Why "4x4 Bashing?"
Shouldn't we all sign the pettition?

The title is misleading, agreed. I assume it's a reference to the tax being '4x4 bashing'.
