Track rod ends, panhard rod bushes/bolts, steering play, swivel preload, mud on a wheel causing un balancing...

For starters!

Good luck tomo!

If it's not speed related then check the crankshaft pully is tight and about the only other thing I can come up with is the clutch, if it's a manual, maybe lost a spring or something like that.

It's a possible cause, and I can't think of anything else that would cause it, the clutch springs that is. If it were the release bearing then it would just fail, you  won't get a vibration from it.
It has to be something thats running out of ballance and is engine related, if it were things like the propshafts then it would be speed related.

Do you get the vibration just by reving the engine to thoughs revs, gearbox in neutral? This is just to rule out anything to do with the gear train.
