Title: FAO West mids crew
Post by: Cassillis on February 05, 2007, 19:37:15
I may be coming to your part of the world again on Friday night to se the Battlefield Band play at the MAC click here for the link (http://www.macarts.co.uk/?page=event.html&id=2098)

Now before i get shouted at i know the west mids is a very large and mostly pleasant place but does anyone have first hand knowledge, whats the area like round there?

Do i bring the pig, park it and worry all night, or come in one of the other go-karts. :-k

The former would be good as i fancy a shot at packington ford again on the way home.

Me, take advantage of my position, never

I have booked into a hotel a little way from the venue and will cab it to and fro.

Can have a beer or two that way as well :)

Of course.

I spoke with Robin their oic yesterday. They are upbeat, scuse the pun, after a great America trip which earned some fantastic reviews. Some, who are in the know, suggesting it is the best the band has ever sounded.

Looking forward to it myself. Have been a fan for some time now but never got the chance to see them.

Tickets are still available if you fancy it

Hi John; Driving up Friday afternoon, going to the gig, hotel overnight then home. Was thinking of heading to that scary Packington place   on the way home.
