Do ya realise you've posted this twice :?

Nice job.
Have you got any pictures of it as you built it?
What thickness metal did tou use-or was it box section.
Did you make front as well? same questions if you did.
I was toying with building my own for my disco.
Motor looks good..

no photo's of build. bumper is made out of 3.8 mm steel sheet
done on a press with a reinforcing web on the rear .
fromt bumper is a guardian tubular winch bumper.
rear bumper is easy to make if you have access to a guillotine and press.
if not you could get the sheet cut for you to size then well it
-
Don't forget to put reflectors on the rear to be legal
-
nice one mate :D
-
thats a cracking job on the rear bumper, what did you use 3,4,5,6mm sheet?
-
Very nice, you just need to get some reflecters on now. :)

 your joking right?
lol
-
...dont it have to have them to be road legal...?
-
it does need them for legality as the origional bumpers held the origional reflectors, and even a car has to have relfectors, and also beware, not sure on the actaul ruling but some mot testers will not allow that tape reflector, it has to be a proper plastic one as i found out, not that it makes a sod of difference. unless you want a test that is!
