Right, got a spare steering box for mine now, tried to fit and found it was the wrong drop arm, mine being a swan neck shaped with a swivel jint in the end, the other is a straight arm, needing a track rod end type joint fitting, looking at the setup and swing of the arm, it looks like there should be no probs with the difference, apart from getting a track end for it
Anybody played with these things?

There shouldn't be a difference in the boxes, but the drag link is possibly a different length between the two types... can't remember for certain..
They are all interchangeable though

As far as I can see, there is no prob fitting them, just the joint from the tie bar to the arm, it a different fir, just need to pick up a track rod type end and then fit the thing, when I test fitted the other box there was no obstruction, only when the arm reached the right side of the body, as with the 235 tyres the stops are well wound out and it goes no where near them.
