Title: Anyone know if a vm will fit into a 90

i've got a old vm range rover with a duff gearbox but a cracking engine, and my mate richard has a duff 2.5 td in his 90, Will the vm fit in the 90 ?

yes it will fit, propshaft lengths and gearbox selector location may need some thought and re-working, but I would ask why fit a VM?

For the same or less work there are a lot more options for a better engine. I suspect your answer will be "Cause I've been offered one free" :wink: if so then yes :)
