I'm converting my 90 to Tdi power but the radiator is knackered. My TD radiator, on the other hand is fine (but bigger!) Can I fit this instead, perhaps behind the intercooler? No-one seems to have one for sale and the cost of a recore or replacement is in the region of £130 which, quite frankly, I don't have!
Any ideas or suggestions?
Simon.

I think you could stick with your td rad and then maybe fit an after market intercooler with the pipes going through the side of the wing behind the head light although i reckon a bit of measuring will be needed.

The Tdi radiator has an engine oil cooler built in, does the TD rad have one?

yes... same fittings as well.
However, you will struggle to fit the intercooler...
Have a look at www.mps4x4store.co.uk
£94 for a rad....

i take it that rad doesnt have a IC with it so u'd have to buy a IC, where the best place for one of these?

A wanted add on here....
Disco and Defender 200 Tdi intercoolers are the same.... and are different to a 300Tdi one (although most people wrongly presume they are the same!)
If you get stuck, I can sort one out... but not sure on price. To buy a new one would be £££'s so if it has to be new you might as well get a replacement one from Allisport - standard or full size.
