thats what we eneded up doing - but there was a seat bracket right by the wing nut for the top bracket that holds the lens on!

Would also be easier if my arms had a few extra bendy bits in um :lol:

If it was too difficult then things got rediesigned. It's a practice that seems to have been abandoned by many manufacturers :?
