HI EVERYBODY

LOOKING FOR A BIT OF HELP HERE

IVE HEARD OF A WINCH SUPPLIER IN HUDDERSFIELD FROM A GUY WHO COULDNT REMEMBER THE NAME

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME!

Having consulted my 'Yellow Pages; Wakefield & Huddersfield' (it's combined), there's no real indication of a supplier under Lifting Gear - which is where it directs you from the 'Winches' entry.
I'll hazard a guess that they're all industrial useage (ie; lifting from a gantry?)

But, by a cunning search criteria, I found this listing (http://www.chrishodgetrucks.co.uk/pageg/parts.htm), and the very last company is........

The Winch & Wire Co

(Brighouse, which is off jct 25/M62)
