i am lloking to replace my fuel filter on the misstress but the unions are solid following the pipes through  to the front to the presure regulator i noticed that the pipe is fitted with jubilee clips . if i snap the fitting on the filter can i replace the pipe and fit it with jubilee clips? the pressure i would have thought would be the same throughout the fuel system so if they use jubliees on one end  i would have thought i can use them on the filter end has anyone got any thoughts on this? many thanks

Well I replaced a section of rusty steel pipe that way so I don't see why not.

According to my local 4x4 specialists, it's a commoon mod on RRC's when the filter needs changing and the unions have seized. There is an earlier (or is it later) LR fuel filter that is desinged for use with jubilees.

Good luck
