Varies from Vehicle to vehicle. All speedo's are out by a few MPH one way or the other. If you've got a sat nav that'll tell you exactly how fast you're going.

As long as you know what the original tyre size is, you can work it out here.

I've got 235/85 BFg M/T and my speedo is spot on according to my sat-nav

If you want to correct it then have a word with Ashcrofts. They may have a speedo drive gear that will do the job for you.
According to my Garmin GPS, with 33" tyres, a Defender 1.41:1 ratio transfer box fitted and the standard Disco speedo drive gear, it's only reading 2 mph slow. :D
