All Mud-Club stickers are made to order and therefore can and will take longer to arrive than you might otherwise think...
Please wait 10 - 14 days for delivery..

mm, well i got so bored of people explaining this late 2006...i thought of a new way of putting it 8)

"Time and tide wait for no man. A pompous and self-satisfied proverb, and was true for a billion years; but in our day of electric wires and water-ballast we turn it around: Man waits not for time nor tide."
-
Right, for the nineteen billionth time (and I'm not picking on anyone for asking, only the usual suspects for taking another swipe at people who are working their hardest)
If you haven't received your order within two weeks ...
1) Please check your email, things like membership numbers can be hard to track down, especially when someone inadvertently forgets to mention what their username is. We don't, as point of principle keep everyone's address logged against their username, and often we don't keep their real names either. An order from "Colin Taylor" is fine and dandy, but what is his username ?
2) Assuming that you haven't got any email, contact Joanne via email (shop@mud-club.com) and please wait a while for a reply. Her office hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 5, minus however much time is spent dealing with the new arrival. She will do her level best to find out what's gone on and where your order is. More often than not it's been eaten by the post office, we have several claims in for undelivered and "lost" mail.
3) If you still don't get what you consider to be an acceptable level of service, albeit one provided largely on a none-profit volunteer basis then please contact one of the admins or moderators directly.
Thank you once again.
Alison67, if you've read to this point, I apologise if you feel as if you're being victimised, you're not as innocent and polite questions are fine :)
If you still haven't received your stickers, or any further information please contact me directly and I'll see what I can do.
