Just enjoyed a lovely plate of Chicken curry with - Garlic Rice  :D
so god help anyone talking to me tomorrow morning..think it was garlic with a hint of rice ;)

i am allowed Rice...and erm... errr.. OK so It isnt strictly allowed - but its my little treat for losing 18lbs in 2 months ;)
