Tonight
BBC2 @ 21:00

This looks as though it could be quite intriguing.

It's a 'What If?' programme.

What if the meteorite strike that ended the ages of the Dinosaurs never happened?

I know it's all hypothesis & extrapolation*, but it could be worth watching

How would we co-exist with our Saurian neighbours?, would we see Chavs & Drug-Dealers walking around with a Velociraptor on a chain instead of a Pit-Bull??

* Small points;
The American/Mexican coastline would not exist as it does today, as that was the strike-point, so would Ocean currents (El Nineo effect happen??)

Would mammals have survived the competition of the Dinosaurs? (food, water, etc...)

Would man have became the dominant species

And, equally importantly, where would we get petroleum based fuels from??

Quite an intriguing programme, it raised some questions, but left others unanswered.

The one before it about the Bermuda Triangle was also rather good.
