Title: Repairing index......PC people
Post by: dave_2A_2.25Turbo on March 18, 2007, 11:53:46
I'm trying to clone/migrate my hard disk, but the utility I'm using says 'index corrupted' (presumably because I've been running out of disk space).  Can anyone suggest a suitable (and free!) way round this?

Tried running Chkdsk/f as that should do it, but it 'sticks' while repairing  an error in $I30 in file 9088.  How can I locate this file?

This (http://www.pcinspector.de/clone-maxx/uk/welcome.htm) looks quite good (& it's free). Never used it though
