Title: horn not working

ok the horn as stopped working
ive checked the fuse ok
 ive tryed the switch ok and the horns under the bonnet ok
i do have a clicking sound from the passager foot well
and have found 3 relay's but the sound is not from them any one know what the problem is?

Ok i have found 3 more relays behind the side kick panel on the near side side and there is the relay that is klicking when i press the horn i have changed the relay and still not working so
1 should i run a new wire from the horn button to the horn
2 should i run a new wire from the relay to the horn
3 buy a new disco
4 forget the above and hope it starts working on its own again

How about running 12v straight to the horn to test it.  Then you'll know if it's the horn.  If it's not, check there is 12v coming out of the relay (eg with a bulb, if you don't have a multimeter).  If it's neither of these then it must be the wiring.

Are your hazards & indicators behaving themselves?

I was cut up recently as I was indicating left off a roundabout, so I leant on horn & then when the git in front turned off he got another blast of the horn, or would of if it was working.

Rest of way home the left indicator dash light was going at double speed and no horn.

Anyway, short story long and all that, I had a poor earth connection to the bumper mounted left hand rear indicator.

yes indicators and hazards working fine
just the horn not working and the rear wiper as slowed down
 i need to stand behind it and help it with my hand to wipe the window

If the wipers are slow too then it sounds like a poor earth.  But I suggest you track it as per my post above.

UPDATE

still no joy have used multimeter and have power upto horn
relays clicking there little clickers off
changed relay and horn still nothing

might have to strip the lot and start fresh

Does the horn have its own earth?

If you have power to the horn try another horn onto the spade and earth the horn to the battery

The other thing maybe you have 12v but low amps coming out the feed wire
