i find that taking puggy into the local garage when the tyres are looking a bit low helps greatly.. but also my local tyre garage has a fantastic service and every car has always gone there..

on a serious note tho, does the car not have either on a plate in door or in the manual that has what the standard preasure for the standard tyres should be? if so maybe adjust that slightly for the increase in tyre size you are currently running?

OOOhh crikey :o

Standard on a Disco I'm told is 26/36.  I would not advise having the back softer than the front in any circumstance and for the road I'd suggest sticking to the recomended pressures, perhaps dropping them 1 or 2 PSi at the front and maybe 4psi at the back if the car is empty.

On the RRC the pressures are 28/34, or 28/36 on the LSE with a recomnedation to drop them 3 psi if the car is unladen.

Off road it varries, if in dought leave them as per road and only let them down in emergancies.

I have come across a table of pressure/speed/load for michelan 7.50r16 and according to this i can run them down to about 9 PSI at very low speeds on a RRC.

The operators manual gave emergancy off road pressures for the 205r16 of about 16 front and 26 rear IIRC (though this was for any load) which i tend to use for pay and plays in the 7.50's if i can be bothered to air them down (one day i'll have the onboard air compressor sorted).
