my 93 defender is due it's first MOT with me any advice on what i could do to ensure it passes? i have heard that using veg oil can reduse the emisions is this true?

any help would be greatfully recived. :oops:

wouldn't worry bout emmissions...mines a 1985 c reg an passed the emmissions easily an thats with the pump wound up!

Mine failed on emisions after it was breathed on by allisport. Not sure why yet though as others have turned them up even more...

Wynns cleanburn helped get me through, and a damn good working out a few days before my retest.

The pump hadnt been wound!!!

It just had teh fuel delivery cone on boost altered.
Except it still smoked like fook with the boost pipe off....

well we passed with flying colours, bvut would you belive my luck the day after the Flipin head gasket went. my language not pretty. :evil:
