Am going to fit some to my 90 Truck cab....so questions for you experienced fella`s......
1. Who do the best ones..?
2. Galvanised or other coating...?
I carry a "Jack all" so would make sense to go for a set with the holes in to slide the jack adapter into.....
Any info or views appreciated....

When he gets round to making them...
Chris at www.exactfabrication.co.uk makes some nice ones!!
Or www.safari-equip.co.uk are good - have bought some bits off them recently and stuff is very good!! (they make the bits for Scorpion racing)
Galvanised ones would be good, but just a good powder coating will last well.

I opted for the Mill Sevices Ones, problem is hes recently given up but there was talk of someone taking on the designs and continuing, dont know if this has happened but personally I think they are superb, the Tree Sliders have saved the sides on several occasions and also make a very good step :)

On my 90 i had a pair from paddocks, with tree slider bars. I got the galv/powder coat finish which was excellent and survived many rocks, trees and mud banks :D

1. Porny's made good suggestions, only one I would add is Southdown, very good and look tidy with end finishers, but a bit pricey.
2. I would go galvansied if you can. Side bars take too much abuse for powder coating in my opinion. Coating gets chipped and surface rust develops spreading under coating until it all start to flake off. Pain in the arse to clear off and re-paint. Painting is ok, but again gets chipped off easily and rust soon appears. Ok if you want to re-paint every 12 months or so.
So far with the Galv finish, I smacked them quite a few times on rocks and have some nice gouges down the sides but it hasn't gone deeper than the galv finish yet so no rust. I sprayed mine black and now if I want to tart them up a bit it's just a quick rub over and respray.
Cheers

I went for these as more after side protection than underside, and double as a step. My mate had these on his 110 of ages and added great protection as well, picked them up at the Sortout. All I need to do is add some grip tape to them so the kids don't slip off them when it gets wet.

I forgot about Southdown... they do make some very nice stuff, and their rocksliders are very smart. Have just bought a winch bumper from Southdown for my 90

guardian do some wicked 90 rocksliders with / without tube guards, and with jacking points.
