Well, what a tribute, R.I.P Fred

Glad you liked it.
I was rather hoping for a few words from Sheila, Jack & Roger, plus maybe some funeral footage showing the massed crowds in Bolton

Aye, was more of a remembrance of his life I guess, still an emotional program though. For me at least it was the first time I had seen some of the footage, forgot quite how much he had done.

A fantastic man and a fantastic programme.
'did ya like that?'

Yes, so long as everything was left in it.
The house is very nice as well, I think he only paid £2,000 for it when he bought it (he extended it though)

Really nice programme, well presented. I fitting tribute to a truly humble man, I thought. He is one of those people I really wish I'd had the chance to meet. He always seemed happy to talk to anyone with interests similar to him.
I liked the comment about the 'new fangled Land Rovers' :D
