I found this interesting. (http://www.linkinn.com/wiki_101.php?add=wiki&id=434&select=Pictures) I'd heard of the Bolivian one before but not seen the others. The Russian one looks fun. Pack the Mud Terrains.

i've been down the bolivian road - scared the bejesus out of me. i'll try to post a picture of what caused a four day tailback - a petrol tanker fell over on a bridge.

I'll console myself with that next time I'm stuck on the M25

what caused a four day tailback
You know it's bad when they measure tailbacks in days rather than hours or miles . . . . . .

Wow, some of them piccies make you shudder! Nice site.
Not only are the roads a horror story, but the vehicles on them don't help. Not every country shares our stringent views of vehicle safety.......
Many of the mountain roads in China had the valleys littered with very broken Dongfengs and the like. Life is cheap, but for crying out loud, isn't a set of brake pads cheaper? :?
Our Wolfie spent a chuck of time traversing the Ho Che Min trial in a variety of 'knock-off' trucks - he's got some good stories to tell!
Cheers
