Title: lost drive to rear wheels

has anyone else ever had a front wheel drive discovery lol  its all of a sudden gone is front wheel drive all time only can anyone help with suggestions plsssssssssssssssssss thankyou xx

Does the rear prop turn while you are driving? If it does, then could be drivehsaft snapped. It's normally the short side that breaks. Couls also be where the end of the driveshaft goes inthe the drive flange in the centre of the wheel. If the rear prop turns, take off the center caps and see if the shaft is spinning inside it.

i take it your now in diff lock making it driveable, it will be something in the axle or diff etc most probley just a halfshaft gone...

where abouts is the disco?

I work in SHeff and live in Rotherham. Pm me his number if he's struggling and i will have a look. There are a few likley candidates and should be easy enough to diagnose.

fixing its another matter that could be cheap or rather expensive..... :cry:
