I always remember a photo I saw years ago of a robin nesting in an old serise smashed head light on a farm

My parents had a nest high up in the tree outside their back door. |Thankfully the chicks have flown now as the slabs are just white underneath.

Sarah told me about a thread on a horse forum where the owner of a Land Rover had lifted the bonnet to find a nest, complete with baby blue tits beside the radiator. She had been using the vehicle every few days too  Now she feels she'll have to leave the LR standing until they leave the nest!
