Title: British citizens Protect Your Rights, Petition aganst bailif
Post by: Colin 009 on May 20, 2007, 11:48:22: This mail was sent to me, please take a few minutes to log on and sign, you never know it might happen to you.

The law is being changed to allow bailiffs powers of forced entry. Don't let them just get away with it, sign the petition below

One thing I'll give Bailiffs: they ain't discriminate - they treat everyone they meet as a bad debtor

yea that theory works until you have bailiffs turn up to collect debts on the previous occupant of the house who moved out a year before i bought it :roll:

I had that. Two rather big 'geezers' on the door and when I went to close, a foot was used to stop it closing. I listened to all their threats and then showed them my Job card. They came over all apologetic and bugged out.
Too many people have the 'right to force entry' in this country. Our home is our castle? Pants!
