a rangie roof is the same size as the disco but without the hump and has a slight arc to it so there is quite a gap under it when its on the rangie
and its a choice of park on the bombing run for the gulls or under a sycamore tree and get the tree sap instead
but i do keep it well waxed to protect the paint as much as possable

You made the rack? That is very impressive! Perchance do you have plans for said piece of kit? Would it take a tent?

it would take a tent .but if i was making it again i would put extra bars as it flexes a bit when i walk on it
also it is made to dismantle to a flat pack
I will draw a plan and scan it and post later today

Email on its way, matey. Having had a look at the pics, would it be easy to adapt your plans so the rack would extend right over the front of the car? I have an HD bumber that would be able to support the weight of that so an extra long rack could be feasible. All I have to ask myself is why I would want an extra long rack!
