Bingo lovely neck of the woods eh?? 8) 8)

It is reckoned to be the most beautiful bay in Wales, and because access is by foot only, will probably remain so.
Is the rock stack the one of the Castlemartin Range?

aye, but did you find the people there drive a teensy bit slower than you're used to
it drives me bonkers cos i drive to the limit (speed not ability) here but down in wales they trundle along! AAARRGH!
if you headed east past saundersfoot you would have stumbled across amroth then pendine (recently infamous for top gear car testing) but i dont think you can drive on the sands anymore.
by the way did you walk down to the church built into the cliff face down in the castlemartin firing range..? good that bit

Like it down Newport/Little Haven way...
