Title: Missing mud flap - is it an MOT failure

Noticed that one of the mudflaps on the back of the 110 was dangling the other day. By the time I'd got it home it had gone. MOT due this month will it fail on that?? If not, I might rip the other one off.

Also the windscreen jet was has disappeared from the drivers side (not having a good time at the moment!!) will that cause it fail as well??

mudflaps my 90 has never had them
they arnt testable for a mot

windscreen washer, you will need a new one of them as that will be tested
