What’s this about Paris Hilton being released from prison after only serving 3 days out of a 45 day sentence?  :(bigshock):

3 days of a 23 day sentence ?? on medical grounds. Probably cold turkey and the POs don't know how to deal with it?

On the radio this morning, apparantly she has to stay at home with an electronic ankle bracelet (probably Gucci!)   :x

Stupid spoiled cow should have been made to do community service or stay in the nick. :(

Apparantly the original judge is not happy so she may go back in.

Hmmmm  rich girlie, expensive lawyers -   nowt like one rule for the rich etc!!!

She's a tramp and a thick one at that and deserves to be locked up to serve her sentence the same as every other criminal!

As it's his birthday next week I'll mention him

Boy George for his drug crime (which was found by accident after he reported a crime) was made to sweep the streets of New York. Fair play to him he did his punishment and didn't protest that it was too lowly for him to do. He had a hard time with the paps and a supervisor, but they were all friends at the end and I think he was offered a permanent job   .

According to the news, she was taken back in tears and having screamed out for her 'mommy'.
There are concerns for her mental health. That surprised me. I thought you had to have a brain first to suffer from mental health issues!
At least it shows that you can be one of the richest, air-headed bimbo, and not expect to get away with breaking the law.
Mind you if it was this country, she wouldn't have got that far, after being given counselling for the way that the nasty judge spoke to her, a compensation cheque for the way that the vicious gendarmerie dealt with her, and be given a fur lined Gucci ankle bracelet.

Not that I really give a... whatever ... as it's happing across the pond and I don't think we're a poodle state yet BUT as I see it this is just a judge that has it in for big name celebrities and has nothing whatsoever to do with justice, as has been reported in the papers this morning, it is not unusual in this particular state for convict being given low sentences to serve less than 10% of it - due to overcrowding problems. So why do the non-celebrities not get dragged back to serve their full sentence?

cos the non celebrities dont shout about it and get it in the media that its happening, so they needed to look like they are tough on crime, even for celebs.

I think that there are some things that celebrities don't shout about but newspapers will shout about it for them.

Journalists don't do journalism courses any more they now do creative writing courses - says a lot doesn't it
