Does anyone one know how to patch the drain plug underneath the inlet manifold? I've been told by the Suzuki parts man that the mechanics used to be able to do it but he doesn't know how!
-
you dont patch it you just order a new plug from suzuki
then you tap the old one out (screw a selftapping screw into the plug and prize out)then tap the new one in striaght using a socket the same size
should sort it out unless the acual manifold is damaged

Thanks minimog! But the nice man at the Suzuki parts desk recons you cant buy just the plug. :x My engineer friend has had a look though and is machining one to fit at the min. Cheers for the advice though!
