For welding the Sill on the Audi. Finally got out to do something on it on Sun

Sand fill and rust-proof the weld
Sand and rust prrof a bit of rust under the seat where the galvanising seems to have failed (surface only)
Rebuilt passenger side door, stripped and rebuilt the window regulator to save trouble later.
Rebuilt the rear passenger door card and fitted new trim bits.
Rebuilt the inner and outer sill trim on the side we welded and re-aligned the door.
And the bit that took the longest?

2 hours trying to get the tons of dalmation hair out of the back seats.

Still need to do CV joint boot, give it a bloody good clean, swap the trim off from the door I nicked off it so the trim matches on both cars :) Then coat of polish valet and off to deepest darkest Dorset to its new owners.
