First things first. Jack it up so all wheels are off the deck and then engage drive, with diff lock in...... See what wheels go round......
Sounds like you've done a diff in.

could be a diff, but could just a halfshaft...

You'll know what's what by following the step above
i.e. two wheels going round (same axle), diff
Three wheels going round....., half shaft.....

could be a diff, could b a halfshaft, could be drive flange stripped
could be a blown cv
jack 1 front up and 1 rear, stick in difflock and see which end will rotate, that will tell you if its a front or rear end problem

What i did to find out which end the problem was, was to disengage difflock, engage first gear with hand brake on, then lift the clutch, and get a mate to glance underneath to see which prop is turning, thats the end with the problem!!
I stress that i would NEVER advise actually getting underneath, as things can jam up and could potentially make the truck move!!
