Post by: andyhubbard on June 16, 2007, 20:59:39: Does the rear wheel arches near to the door shuts come under the MOT or not and would like confirmation before i commit to buy it,cheers Andy.

Post by: andyhubbard on June 17, 2007, 08:10:02: If it is within 30cm then i think it would fail. Hi Kev-it's where you have the door seal that comes down and over the wheel arch and close to the rear seat so i assume it's close to the bottom seat belt mounting point.

I've just done the passenger side on mine this weekend. It's quite straight forward, I spent more time stripping the trim out and painting and sealing after and re-assembling than I did making the plates and welding them in
