Title: Defender/RRC steering guard

Can anybody tell me if a steering guard for a defender will fit a classic or a disco please... :?:

not sure but i would say no , the range rover and disco fit each other

Easy answer is no, though the chassis rails ar the same width apart the Range Rover/Disco bumper mounts with horizontal bolts and the steering guard will use these plus the Panhard rod tie bar bolt, the Defender bumper has vertical bolts, so I don't know where the steering guard fits and also the steering damper is different.

I have a defender steering guard on my Disco which fits perfectly. The trouble you will have is that recovery points etc may require you to remove some of the plastic apron. May be selling my steering guard too.

I have removed my plastic apron due to it being damaged last Sunday :oops:
So there is nothing below the bumper.
