I'll bet you're all glad you haven't been at my house today (from 14:00 to 18:00)
We've had (not my idea!) a party for 22 kids!, plus parents.
To top it all, 17 of them were under 5
Amelias schoolfriends, family & friends.
Quite a nightmare  .
Still at least with the basement how it is, they were all down there bar the eating in the back parlour.
The 2 poor Dogs were shut in the garage out of the way so they weren't pulled about & tormented with the food around.
We even had a Fairy in the Front Parlour handing out presents for the kids before they left. She even sat on my knee :D
What a cracker :D

Then there was also Amelia the Reindeer in attendance as well

I can relate to your experience!
Had my daughters party on Saturday (she'4 four tomorrow). That saying, "You only have parties to remind you that there are kids worse than yours" rings true. Fun was had by all, but I can only do it in small doses! :D

That's how bringing alcohol to parties started Im sure!
I used to run a toddler group when mine were little, The Xmas bash then was fun too
Glad to hear you survived it, I've seen grown men break down at those parties
not a preety sight!

Just recovering from it.
It was very grim at work this morning (due to a house fire), but it puts yesterday into perspective.
Managed to sort out the back-parlour whilst the little 'monsters'... (sorry darlings  ) were downstairs playing games.
Once the furniture was back & food vacuumed up it was back to normal.
(basement passage to clean yet)
Drawing straws to see who else does it next year though
(so long as the Fairy makes a return visit   )

Yeah know how you feel.
I have got three daughters and they all want parties

Seeing as we're talking about kids parties - if anyone needs party bags and/or things to go in them have a look at my wife's web site www.mollymonkey.co.uk :D

Sorry I ought to point out before anyone gets concerned, the fire wasn't at my house.

Glad to hear it, was a bit worried for a while there...Amelia looks a cutie, and not too disimiliar to our eldest at that age...
This is him on his 7th birthday - bet you cant guess what he got?

Looks like he got an Angus(?) style pair of shorts.
Thanks, Amelai isn't 4 until April.
The fire was a house-fire to the south of Leeds & we received the occupants. Not nice at all.
