in my D reg 200tdi, what goes in the transfer box and what goes in the gearbox?

From Haynes manual

Main Gearbox - Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) to M3C33
Transfer Box - EP80 or EP90 to API GL4, MIL-L-2105 or better
