Title: went 4x4ing and

went to pay and play on sunday and there was a disco 3 tdi with a snorcal that went swimming and died when the ecu got wet what a place to put it behind the battery it was very wet and mudddy took thewm a couple of hours trying to dry it out before they gave up and towed it onto the road for recovery shame
glad it aint mine
managed  to dent mine a little having cuddled a few trees and humps but had great fun

Isn't it behind the battery on the disco2 as well :shock:

take the ECU OFF Make a plastic bag out of something with no holes and put the ECU in it and feed the Main harness / connector Plug inside cable tie and Gaffer tape and then scew / Bolt it back in to the Holder and do the same with any Fuse boxes under the bonnet i had to do it the other day on my dads Rangie and a customers disco
