No it's not a personal attack on some poor ol' soul but a search for a bit of advice on the best way to deal with that dreaded bubbling in the paint at the bottom of the doors.
Before I set to I thought if anybody has any 'top tips' on how I should deal with it, at the minute I cant afford to take it to a body shop to get done proffessionaly.

I thought that was just a standard paintwork affect on the Disco :lol:
i think there was a how to in one of the recent Land rover mags about this, i will see if i can dig it out.
i think the biggest problem will be sealing the ali, to prevent it any further once re painted, but i am sure someone who knows what they are on about will be along shortly.

well i have a white disco and i have just started to rub it down with sand paper and then spray over with undercoat then white paint. doesn't look that bad for be but to each there own....

Rember to use a acid etch primer before painting on anyware the metal becomes exposed. :)
