hi yall ,18 inch disco wheels onto a disco 1 is it possible , i guess you need to buy some adapters for the wheels if so who sells these puppys ta glyn :(biglove):

If your in Hebden Bridge i would say Simmonites in Bradford as i'm pretty sure they sell them.

cheers all went on simmonites they want 325 quid for what ie basically a wheel spacer with a different stud pattern ,there spacers are half the price . whats the difference a lump of ally with holes and studs ...robbing swines will look for some cheaper ones  ta

thats no far of the going rate thus why i dont have disco 2/3 rims on my 90 :wink:

cheers its just there s some wheels on eblag cheep thats probs why would look nice though tyres probably cost more aswell knowing my luck

18" alloys won't be much use if you want them for offroad. I run 19"'s and 20"s and they are scuffed to <insert> ... 15" or 16" are best - plus there are more choices of decent tyres - above 16" and you are really only left with MT/R's.

Have a set of 16"'s (I think - Datalas please check!) on Piglet and they are fine ... no damage at all!
