Looked in the Scenic owners book for guidence but nothing, looked online - nothing - so  on a 2002 1.9 DTI scenic how do you change the air filter. I think its under the big plastic cover but its not budging
HELP

If it's the one I think it is:
On the large silver cover are 3 circular plastic covers.
Pop these out and undo the 8mm bolts.
Lift off the plastic cover and then you can get at the air filter housing bolts.
One is on the drivers side at the rear of the engine (just by the lifting eye).
The other is next to the air inlet trunking, both 10mm nuts on long studs, so you'll need a deep socket to remove them.
Lift housing off.
