I have thought about getting one done, but I always wonder what they will look like when I get older. Plus the fact that I am a fully paid up coward, I wouldn't want to go through the pain. :wink:

If it's in a very discrete place it doesn't really matter what it looks like when you get older,
firstly because you'll be too old and arthritic to turn your head round to see it,
and secondly you'll have forgotten you've got one due to the memory loss brought on by old age.   :lol:

very discrete place = large amount of pain! Not for me thanks, mate, but I take it from the comment about turning round to see it, its on your back, somewhere, sort of,...........I'll leave it there ! I could be a detective at this rate!

I have two, a Chinese dragon on my right arm and a lions head over a Union flag on my left as for the pain... I would rather sit through them both again than have my eye brow pierced again :shock:  Now that brought tears to my eyes :oops:

I am a trained recce solider so taught to get in and out without anybody knowing  :wink:

As for tattos was going to get two done but chicken out. One was going on my shoulder with the welsh flag with the words "these colours don't run" below it. And the other was was going to be like a clothes label with the words "made in wales" on it

Nice tattoos guy's im booked in for the 29th for some new tattoos on my lower arm, im after a some large black stars with a couple of clear stars with flames in the middle, and then my wifes name on the inside of my arm, i hope will look good :(scared):

Each to his/her own, but personally I don't find tattoos attractive at all. especially on women.
I look at some of the young uns and wonder if they will regret having them later in life.

The only tattoos I would like to see are ones across a convicted criminal's forehead in order to warn the pubic of their crimes...
 
Thief, Rapist, Burglar ..........  why is it that we never really know who we are trying to protect ourselves from ?  

Brand (tattoo) them across the forehead on conviction and they would possibly not commit the crime in the first place.

I got two at the moment .
My old one is a band on my right bicep with lizards nose to tail going right round my arm. My new one is a chinese dragon on my left arm.
I dont have a pic at the moment of the dragon...but do have one about 20 minutes after having it done when it was still bleeding like a goodun (very blurry pic)......I think I have managed to put my daughters off having a tatoo :D
