Hay guys never done this b4....  Can any of u guys tell me or a link...  how to clean the intercooler and all of the piping etc

Soak in parafin then clean out with de-greaser.  Wash and dry thoroughly.

Copious amounts of kitchen roll on the pipework, rubber gloves.

Just done all the inlet on the TDi including the head, can't wait to see if it's any better (waiting for the intercooler to be modified).

Have to say that it didn't make much difference to my Tdis performance after cleaning the intercooler.

A more noticeable difference was seen once I have changed the oil softened intercooler to inlet manifold hose for a new one.
