Thats not a pritty example. In the past I've just made it up out of small pieces of sheet bent to fit, not sure if their is a repair section for their.

The other place to go near there is the arear directly around the seatbelt bolt because the bracing plate which the nut is fixed to acts as a water/rust trap. Intreagingly though on one of my range rovers the pictured area is fine and area round bolt needed welding but on the other it was vice versa :?

Get cutting rust out and see how big the gaps are once your back to good useable metal.

The panel (and repair panel) end about an inch beyond the rear corner wing, so you need to unbolt the wing and ease it away.  The panle goes down to the sill and joins under the door seal rubber.
