We've got an 'Air-Shelta' (http://www.999supplies.com/product_info.php/cPath/23/products_id/552) for 'MAJAX' use

They're simply a plain version of what you've pictured

MAJAX = Major Accident. That's any incident involving more than, I think, 15people from the same incident.
