Is there anyway of getting a foreign driver reprimanded for repeated dangerous driving and trying to intimidate other road users, or should I just stop wasting my time trying?

He knew what he was doing, cause at the sight of a mark car he learnt how to drive like a sane and responsible person, unfortunately it was only a womble (HATO).

Probably well worth informing the Police, if only because, if he's resident over here, and still on a foreign licence, it's probably not valid.

The car is probaably a 'pool car'. Let the local plod know. If the wagon is foreign registered, it should be re-registered with DVLA within 6 months, if not it gets crushed.
I've always found with foreign drivers, that they know little or no English until the words 'arrest', 'nicked', 'down the station' or ' your car is now impounded' are used.
Call it in and let 5-0 do the rest

I know a number of irish students and they have a very little care for the laws of the road in this country, useually boasting about their fast driving.
The feeling they have is that most offices don't have the time to bother dealing with forigeners, the extra digit in the number plate usuall being enough.

You should try driving in bradistan there are no rules and no regard for others, all day long i have to take my crew's and my own life in my hands. You feel so exposed and that is in a transit van.
