I am changing the clutch on my 200tdi Disco next weekend and need a clutch alignment tool.
Can anyone make any reccomendations for this? Cheers

I've done loads of clutches, and have never ever used one, i actually did borrow one when i did the disco clutch, but none of the bits fitted..... they weren't big enough... so did what i always do, looked into the middle and did it by eye...!!!

Done it a few times by using a shaft and rapped duct tape round it to build it up to the right diameters.

Deep 15mm socket with insulating tape wrapped around one end worked a treat for me :)

Socket extension bar and masking tape

I use the shaft of one of those wooden meat tenderisers!
Can't think where that came from - not likely to see the kitchen again now its too useful. Was also perfect for drifiting out the spigot bearing!
