Title: Hi-Lift Bumper Lift
Post by: Dr.Ed on September 26, 2007, 10:22:40: Just got a new Hi-Lift jack, has anyone ever used one of the Hi-Lift Bumper lift attachments (link (http://www.hi-lift.com/products/bumperlift.htm)) with standard Discovery Bumpers? Any damage/problems? Trying to decide whether to buy one of these or fit jackmates/HD bumper.

Post by: tomkbucks on September 26, 2007, 16:09:06: must admit all that weight on the normall bumper will prob just bend it , ive used a highlift on the standard bumper fine, and at the rear i jack off the toe bar

Post by: johnpirate on September 27, 2007, 01:07:32: I bought high lift brackets that fit onto the front bumper mounts. They work fine. I,ve got them spare now as I fitted a winch bumper. I got mine from Rebel 4x4.

Does tree sliders count as jackable sills? One end bolts to the out rigger too.
