I followed the advice on the BBC website.  I only claimed a fairly small amount back but I got everything I asked for.

£750 from Halicraps

Al claims are currently suspended though while the FSA investigation is in progress. if you want to do it, register your interest now and start the procedure at money saving expert (google it).

Halifax had me for £390 last week in 2 days!!!!!

Didn't have any as such, though Lloyds TSB have just issued a new set of documents detailing their MUCH increased charges for overdrafts, esp. unauthorised one's....

Seems the 'bankers' having been pulled up for overcharging are now going to recover those payback costs by whatever route.
