Hi I've just fitted a new seal to the front sunroof (The rear one got the silicone treatment)
The thing is the glass doesn't pull down very tight on the rear most part of the seal, I can push it away with just light finger pressure. Also the rollers aren't going all the way to the end of their tracks when the handle is locked in the closed position, however I can gat another 1/4 of a turn on the handle and then eveything is just fine, apart from the handle now point's directly at my forehead
Is there a way of adjusting this so the handle will end up in the right place when the S/R is properly down?

My mechanic had a look at mine (same symptoms) and said there is nothing that could be done. Never lets in any rain though!
If you can get another 1/4 turn, take the handle off and rotate it back 90 degrees.

Thanks AWP
I'll give it a go 8)
I think the cables have slowly stretched over the years, also i'm not convinced the seal on the glass is the problem but rather the roof to the plastic surround  Just trying the easliest option first

Let me know how it go's and if you find a fix this is on my list of things too do, and with winter looming its getting nearer the top. good luck

Mine only gets 1/8 of a turn extra so I have no chance of rotating the handle back (the handle is a square peg in a square hole affair). With my handle in the correct position - the glass is about 2mm above the seal on one corner and it still never lets the rain in.

Well I've tried it and it works to a degree. the handle won't lock in the closed position though.
